Legal · Terms of service
Opening MyPassGen means you accept these conditions. The site has no accounts and does not promise a particular security outcome. Use the tools only for lawful purposes and follow the laws where you are.
Scope
You may use the password generator, strength checker, Clean URL tools, one-time links, and file encryption if the use is lawful. Recipients who open a one-time read page are bound by the same conditions.
How data is handled is in the privacy policy. Algorithms, where they run, and where the key lives are in the security notes. This page is not a tool landing. It only states the conditions of use.
Open and use
Every tool opens without registration. We do not offer sign-up, login, or a password vault, and we do not host in the cloud what you generate, check, clean, encrypt, or save on this device.
What you get
What you do not get
Provided as-is
MyPassGen is provided as-is. The pages spell out the algorithm, where computation runs, and what is not uploaded. Those facts can be checked. They are not a warranty of a particular security outcome, fitness, or uptime.
Encryption uses AES-256-GCM only. Computation uses the browser Web Crypto API. Passwords are 6–128 characters. One file can be up to 5 GB. The full list is in the security notes.
Strength scores, the weak-password list, and cleaning results help you decide on the spot. They are not a promise that an account or file is “safe enough.” Whether you adopt a result is your call.
The site may be maintained, redesigned, or briefly unavailable. We do not promise an SLA, a response time, or that a feature will remain forever. This first release also does not show a support inbox.
One-time links
The server only stores ciphertext briefly. The decryption key lives in the # fragment of the link you share. Anyone with the full link can open it once before it burns.
After the first successful read, the note is burned. Opening it again shows that it has been burned or expired. The original text cannot be recovered from this site. Who you share with, screenshots, forwards, and how you store the link are your responsibility. Recipients do not need an account.
Do not treat a one-time link as a long-term vault, and do not expect us to recover content that has already burned.
What is not allowed
Password generation, strength checks, URL cleaning, one-time sharing, and file encryption are fine for legitimate personal or work needs. The uses below are not allowed.

Your responsibility
Because computation happens in your browser, you also keep the results. After you close the tab, generated passwords, cleaned text, and encrypted files are not sitting as copies on our side.
Decide for yourself whether a tool fits your case. If you need a copy, copy, export, or save it somewhere you trust. Keeping one-time links and file passphrases is part of using the tools, not an extra service we provide.
To the extent the law allows, you bear losses from use, misuse, inability to access, or lost content. The site is not liable for indirect loss or fitness for a particular purpose.
